Access Parent Portal Now

To the Parents of Haines City High School / IB East Students,Through the Parent Portal, you will be able to view your student’s up-to-the-minute grades, lunch account balance, lunch account activity, discipline referrals, attendance, and much much more. Over time, additional features will be added including information about student library books and textbooks.In order to access the Parent Portal, each approved contact, including parents, will be required to obtain an individual PIN number from our Office Staff. Each person’s PIN is different and must be obtained in person by each contact. This PIN number will only be used during the first time that you log into the Parent Portal.During your first time logging into the Parent Portal, you will be able to create a username and password for your Parent Portal account that will continue to be active indefinitely. You will no longer need to request passwords each year to access your student’s grades online as you will be able to access this account throughout your student’s academic career.

To get started, each parent or approved student contact will need to visit the Haines City High School Office to retrieve the individualized PIN number. Due to the secure nature of the information contained in the Parent Portal, you will need to present a Driver’s License or other approved photo identification before your PIN is distributed. Under no circumstances will a PIN be given by phone or email.
